Hello,

I'm using HikaShop on our website and FaLang for language management.

I've recently upgraded our Joomla 2 website to Joomla 3. Everything seems to be working perfectly fine.

The only problem I'm facing is that when we change the language, the direction of the website doesn't change at first but changes with a refresh...

Can you please tell me what I can do to fix this?

My customers are complaining about not seeing the products with a correct direction when they switch languages...

Thanks!
Simon

Hi,

That's not linked to HikaShop in any way.
I'm thinking it could be a caching issue, either at the template level or at the joomla level.
It could also be an issue with the Joomla language plugin or Falang.
Hard to say really.
You would have to test:
Do you have the same problem with another template ?
Do you have the same problem if you use Falang's language switcher module or Joomla language switcher module ?
etc.
Then contact the developer of the extension which is apparently linked with the issue so that they can help.
Please understand that we can't help more than that as it's apparently not linked to HikaShop.
