Common price and "free". I don't want display it

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.3.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.6

I displayed

Comon price: 20€
Free


But what does it means?
I need to display something like: Retail price XXX and Price: [myprice]
I already set Tax and country but I don't know why I get FREE.
Additionally I need to display price incl VAT and /excl. VAT.

I think to have set everythink.

Hi,

This means that you entered "20" in the "retail price" field of the product and no price in the prices listing of the product.
Add a price and it will display instead of "free".

Can I take off the "Common Price" and "Our Price" so it just shows a price?

Sure. These are text of the interface of HikaShop.
As any other texts of the interface, you can use translation overrides to modify them:
