Related products on product page no longer visible after upgrade Hikashop 3.3.0

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.3.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.6
-- PHP version -- : 7.1.15
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Any (Safari and Chrome)

Since we upgraded to Hiksahop 3.3.0 we no longer see related products on product page.

I can't figure out how to get this working again.

Anyone?

Hello,

For start, you have to provide the module configuration screenshot that manage your related product module to see if some settings have been changed.
I think especially this specific points :
- The Menu Assignment tab
- In HikaShop options tab => Display part

If you don't see what is missing provide an Url link where the Related module have to be displayed.

I have no clue what you are asking.
We did an upgrade to latest hikashop 3.3.0 version and from that moment we do not see the related products anymore on the product page.
We did not change anything in the back-end.

What we have configured is:
Menu => Webshop => List of products
When opening a product page it normally showed at the bottom the related products.
Related products are assigned at SPECIFICATIONS on specific products.
Now it doesn't anymore.

Where you want me to look for and what should be turned on/off to make it work again?

Your documentation advice:
Modules under the product page
Enable the of display HikaShop content modules under the product page.
By default, the Related products module is enabled there so that HikaShop will automatically display related products at the bottom of the product page when you add related products to your products.

I don't understand what I need to do to get this working again.
Please advise.

Hello,

What was your HikaShop version number before the update ?
Would it be possible to have a directly link to the page with the issue and information about what should be displayed (aka : a product page and details about "product related" for that product).
