"Notify me when available" - mails don't come

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.7.
-- PHP version -- : 7.0.28
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 66

Hey, I wanted to test "Notify me when available" feature.
1) I set product quantity to 0 in Joomla backend
2) "Notify me when available" button appeared on the frontend for selected product
3) I successfully added my e-mail to the subsribers list for the product

and now:
4) I set product quantity to unlimited in Joomla backend
5) Any mail didn't come. I made it yesterday, and the mail didn't come until now. All the other mails come from Hika and Joomla.

Am I doing sth wrong? Thanks for help

One more question, a bit related: my client wants to know if it's possible to set automatic e-mails to an admin, when quantity of a product available goes below let's say 5. So if he has let's say 20 products of a type and 15 of them are bought.

There's actually no option to do it so developing a custom plugin will do the job.
