-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.virusys.com/hika/category/hsv-2-assays-and-components
-- HikaShop version -- : 3.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.7
-- PHP version -- : 5.6
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome

I'm having a problem with the Add to Cart buttons in some category lists - not all but some.

The buttons display badly until I "examine" them within Chrome. Is this some sort of fixed cell width problem? Where do I fix it?

Hello,

Can you try to switch for a default template like Protostar in order to see if the issue remains ?
If yes, it's template related, and so the best way is to contact your template creator support.
if no, can you provide an Url link (with the issue) in order to process some tests and better understand situation ?

Awaiting news from you.
Regards

It's not the template - many of the categories work just fine. This problem only shows on some (random) subcategories.

I've tried making a new category and moving some items into it - same problem in the new category.

I have just removed my CSS and the BUY link is displaying as just text now.

The problem pages show the link on two lines while the good pages show the link on one line.

Something is causing the link to run out of room.

OK - I shortened the product name in the test group and it now displays correctly on one line..

It seems that if ANY item on the page has a name that is too long, it will cause the button to wrap for all items on the page.

Now, how do we address this? You've already got width parameters on the name to make it wrap - why is it affecting the button?

Hi,

It's just a CSS issue based on how your template is done, and the width available and the size of the text.
To avoid that, you can add a bit of CSS on the add to cart button class:
www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_text_white-space.asp
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/1...ize-the-display.html

Perfect. Thanks very much!

Adding white-space: nowrap did the trick.
