hikashop product tag insertion plugin

Hi,
have been looking on the forum but did not find anything about this. Hope you can help.
When adding products to an article, I would like to have the same layout as used everywhere by Hikashop (the normal product listings).
I have added the menu ID of a product listing page to the popup where I add products to an article, but the layout is totally different.
Did I misunderstand this functionality and have to change the php file for the plugin?

Hello,

The plugin will only add parts of your products information including "Add to cart" buttons, so the solution will probably be to directly edit the code of the plugin's file responsible of products displaying.

The best is to copy the file plugins/system/hikashopproductinsert/hikashopproductinsert_view.php to templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/system/hikashopproductinsert_view.php and modify it there.
