Related products not showing up on mobile

I just added a related products section at the bottom of my product pages. This works fine on my PC and the related products module shows up no matter what my browser window size is. However, on my mobile phone the related products are not being shown. I first thought that this may be caused by some of my custom css, but even when I disable this the related items will not load on mobile. I had a look at the page source code on mobile, and it appears that the related products content is not being loaded at all (it is not just hidden from view but missing in the page source).

What could be causing this, and how can I make Hikashop load my related products module everywhere, no matter the device type or screen resolution?

Hello,

There is no related product in the link you gave.
Are you sure that your module do not have ACL on it ? (thing which would be related to Joomla settings)
