The pages of the subpages disappeared

-- HikaShop version -- : Business 2.6.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.0
-- PHP version -- : 7.0.32
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Warning: Declaration of JPlantModuleHelper::getModuleById($id) should be compatible with & Joomla\CMS\Helper\ModuleHelper::getModuleById($id) in /home/np1730/public_html/plugins/system/moduleplant/moduleplant/core/joomla/application/module/_jadapters/_j16/helper.php on line 23

I update joomla 3.9.0 and PHP version 7.0.32. After that the subpage products disappeared. See the picture.

I checked :
Configuration/display/Modules main default options/Sub elements filter = All sub elements
Menus: Edit Item/Menu Title ( Tuotteet )/categories option/Div/Sub elements filter = Direct sub elements
Menus: Edit Item/Menu Title ( Tuotteet )/Products options/Div/Sub elements filter = Direct sub elements
Advanced Module Manager/Module: Kategoriat [mod_hikashop]/ Title "Kategoriat"/Hikashop options/List/Sub elements filter = Direct sub elements

Are there any corrective suggestions?

Hi,

HikaShop 2.6.4 is not compatible with Joomla 3.9
You need to update your HikaShop and it will fix the problem.

I pay business, but update did not succeed.
Joomla go error. See picture.
Did i update the wrong place ? See picture.
I have to ask web hotel that Use Backup. The web pages worked well before upgrades.

I fixed Joomla, edit our account/ editor and I used tinyMCE.
Now all working, but our websites is tumbled after update.
1. We do not want registration ? See our setting. ( picture).
2. We want rows x columns 3 x 4.See our setting. ( pictures).
I think the settings is, as before, but our pages look like funny.

Can you help ?

1. I checked your website but I didn't see any registration during the checkout. I got the guest form when I tried. So I'm not sure what you're talking about. Please provide more details because I don't see any problem with the guest checkout.

2. You have that problem:

1. Registration is OK. The Joomla registration setting was wrong.
2.This seems difficult. Go I WinSCP and try found code:

Now all is ok, but templates styles is not it_trendyshop ? See pictures.
Where does code need to be removed ? Can I get more detailed instructions ?
The fault went off, as you promised, but how would I get sites like before ?

Hi,

You were using the "old" frontend CSS of HikaShop. This is really old CSS code and one piece of it creates a problem with the new HTML in the view file for the product listing.
So it's not linked to the template.
Instead of changing the frontend CSS to default, you could keep it to old and instead remove the CSS code mentioned on that other thread. That way, you would still use the same CSS as before but without the glitch of the columns on the product listings. Note however that we don't recommend using the "old" frontend CSS as it misses a lot of CSS to display properly the different areas of the frontend of HikaShop. It would be best to add custom CSS to the style CSS and keep the frontend CSS as default. But that will require some work to get back the look you had before if you don't want the new link of HikaShop.

Okay, this is okay then. Technically really good !
I tried carousel and it did not move. Wrong setting ? It moves when the entire page is updated. See picture.
and
Product of the picture: Can the number size and color change ? See picture.

1. Can you provide a link to the page with the carousel ?
Can you also provide a screenshot of all the settings under the "hikashop options" tab of the module and not just a piece of them. Others are also related to the way the carousel will display.

2. Yes you can use CSS to change these:

1. The Carousel was not on, because it did not work. I put it on. It's down on our website. See settings.
Also the other "carousel" of our pages does not play. It's up on our website. Big three pictures. When you click the arrow, pictures disappears and
comes back, disappears, come back etc..?
2. I can not find a folder where is code. I just want the numbers to be red. Price and discount percentage. Now, this is not so important as bugs after
the update.

Hi,

1. There is javascript error on your website which prevent the proper initialization of the carousel:

It seems this comes from a jquery conflict. The extension jQuery Easy you can find on the Joomla Extension Directory should help fix it.
Also, I see you're using the old carousel system of HikaShop, I would recommend turning off the "carousel legacy" setting of the HikaShop configuration in order to use the new carousel. That should also help and it will work way better (with smartphone support).

2. If you check the prices on the page with the browser developer tool as explained in the link I gave, you'll see that the blue color on the price comes from some code in the style_default.css on line 167:

And you can edit that file via the style CSS option under the "Display" tab of the HikaShop configuration:

So change that color there to "red" instead of #2C8296 on line 167 and you'll be done for the price.

1. jQuery Easy is installed. See picture. I turning off the "carousel legacy and carousel missing. Then I take IceCarosuel Module status on. See picture backend. Carousel run, but does not look good. See picture.

2. Yes I know that blue is #2C8296 and red hex color is #ff0000. I do not find where to place the code. Now i have no time find because a lot more bugs.

3. Back end Warning when I save :

"Please note that you have the guest checkout activated for your checkout but products with a 'User group after purchase', like the one you just saved, can't be purchased by guest customers".
