Hi, I have 2 custom fields on my product and they are both required. When I leave them blkank and click 'Add to Shopping Cart', it takes me back to the product listing page and shows a message: 'Message The cart is empty".

It should stay on the product page and give the message I specified in my custom field. Can you let me know why this is happening.

Thanks.

Hello,

We will need more details in order to better answer you, can you provide elements like :
- Your 2 custom fields configuration page.
- The Url of your product in order to process some tests by our self.

Awaiting news from you.
Regards

Hi, thanks for the reply. The product page was in the message as a hidden link, but I will add it here if you are unable to see it:

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

I would recommend to enable the "HikaShop cart notification" plugin via the plugins manager. That's the plugin used to display messages after an add to cart.
If you already have it activated, please check its settings and try turning off the redirect to the checkout.
