Protect data at front-end

Hello,

I would like to protect my data in front-end.

For example, I dont want my photos to get downloaded even from registered users.
Also, I would like to forbid the "copy-paste" in description.

How can this happen?

Hello,

1 - I'm sorry but you will need to provide more details about that.

2 - You can potentially slow down people but you cannot really block people to copy text they can read in a webpage.
That is not related to HikaShop or an e-commerce component ; but you might find some plugins or javascript that you can use in your website for that.

Hello Jerome,

In products listing, I have some details as description that I want to protect them. I mean it is personal work and I dont want the competitors to copy-paste these details in their e-shop, for example.

Some retailers or warehouses are doing the same, so I wonder if I can do too.

Hi,

As Jerome said, you can't protect them. Your competitors can't either.
Going around the copy-paste restriction they have in their eshop takes 2 seconds if you know the trick. For example:
www.gohacking.com/bypass-right-click-block-on-any-website/
Now, if you really want to add that on your website, you can use a Joomla plugin for that. Several of them exist. For example:
extensions.joomla.org/extension/anticopy/
