Hika Shop content module picks up random sub-categories

Hi I am trying to get my project working with sub categories that match the selected parent category in the menu. See my link

On the left hand side there is a hika filter and a HikaShop Content Module - neither work as expected
The HikaShop Content Module is set to my "product category" which is my parent category
Why is it when i go to the parent Bathrooms menu the HikaShop Content Module is picking up a seemingly random subcategory called "brassware" which is a child of "bathrooms"

Yet when i go to "Baths" (a subcategory of Bathrooms) the HikaShop Content Module picks up the correct subcategories (e.g Bath Panels, Standard Baths etc)

If you could please let me know how to get this working on the Bathroom menu page. ( the subcategories should be Bathroom Accessories / Baths / Brassware / Mirrors etc)
