I think that if the plugin wasn't working, it would be removed from HikaShop packages

Now the goal of the plugin is to find HTML input in the webpage and to extract the product ids of them.
Then it will add some javascript at the end of the webpage to include the google remarketing code and gave him the list of the products displayed in that page.

If you're website have some cache and the plugin cannot access to the webpage content on the trigger "onAfterRender", it could explain why you do not have any javascript at the end of your page.
Also, if you have some javascript errors in your website, the script added at the bottom might not be executed.
