Reports using eTickets

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.0.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.0

We are using the eTickets plugin for Hikashop and selling raffle tickets. We are trying to get a report that will show the customer name, number of tickets ordered and the ticket numbers that they have from their order. I am not able to create a report to show that info. Can someone help me with this effort.

Hi,

You would have used HikaSerial to do that, there is actually an export button to get such report.
But with eTickets, we can't help. I'd recommend to contact the developer of the plugin:

I have purchased and installed the HikaSerials and followed the directions for use with e-tickets. I am unable to get the E-Ticket to be emailed after product is set to confirmed. I get the confirmation email, however the ticket is not attached as I set the config to do?

Please assist

Hello,

For support on HikaSerial ; please use the HikaSerial section of the forum.

In order to send the e-ticket, the ordre must be confirmed by a payment plugin or in the order details in the backend.
If you confirm the ordre in the backend order listing, HikaSerial won't be able to send the image because the email is prepare before the order confirmation ; so before a serial is generated.
