(a) Typo in address/tmpl/listing.php

<table width"100%">

should be

<table width="100%">

(b) Missing classes in order/tmpl/show.php when displaying totals, tax, shipping, coupon etc.

<td><?php echo $this->currencyHelper->format...

to enable right-alignment should be something like

<td class="hikashop_order_total_value"><?php echo $this->currencyHelper->format...

Thank you. Since we didn't had yet the time to start to implement new features since the release, we packaged a new version of 1.4.4 with these changes and uploaded it already.
