What is "Fedex Saturday Delivery" ?
If you want to add additional fee on shipping depending custom rules, you will need to have a custom plugin.
It can be a customized version of Fedex so you will interact with the shipping price directly or with a generic HikaShop plugin to add "additional" lines in the cart footer.
