No debug info on ups shippinng

Just installed newest hs busines on temp2.... cleared all cache on site and browser.. still have the same 3 issues. 1 First time load no shipping method. 2 shipping currency does not convert. 3 no ups debug info on checkout page.
Please help

Hello,

That's really weird because after all this time, I wasn't able to reproduce it on my end :
- The shipping methods are directly displayed
- The shipping rate are correctly converted
- The debug information are correctly displayed

But on your website :
- The shipping methods are sometimes correctly displayed else we have to refresh the checkout page
- The shipping rates are converted but don't seem to be correctly converted

Also, the debug information will only be displayed when the cache is cleared or if it's the first time we do a defined shipping request.

Can you test it without any cache enabled :
Disable the cache in Joomla configuration. Site -> global configuration -> system -> "Cache settings". If enabled, please disable the joomla cache plugin.
Check your template options for a potential cache option and disable it.
Some hosting companies use caching proxies like Varnish or CDNs which can potentially be configured to cache your pages. So please contact your hosting company to see with them if they do for your website/server and if it can be deactivated.

Hello,

I succeed to reproduce nearly every issues on my end and :

1. I used the "Update rates" button of the page "Hikashop->System->Currencies" and the result seems to be better for the UPS shipping method

2. For the FedEx shipping method, is doesn't seem to fully support multi-currencies so we'll work on it to properly enable the support of multi-currency, and get back to you as soon as possible.

3. Regarding the fact that you have to "refresh" before seing your shipping method, we actually fixed it through the next futur Hikashop version that's still in preparation (That's why I wasn't able to reproduce it).

4. For the debug mode, Hikashop is caching every shipping results to optimize your website speed, so the solution can be for example to :
- Try it with your browser private/incognito mode
or
- Update the quantity of one of the products in your cart.

When will the fix for UPS currency conversion be available for download?

2.
I still cannot see the debug info for UPS shipping, not even in chrome incognito, please tell me how to. (Debug works for FedEX)

3.
When will the fix for showing the shipping methods on first load of page be available for download?

4.
When will the fix for FedEX currency conversion be available for download?

Hi Jesper,

1. That UPS fix was directly released through the last Hikashop version available through our website.

2. I just had it by :
- Using Chrome's incognito mode
- Changing product quantity through the checkout cart after being logged in.

3. That fix will be available through the next Hikashop version that will probably be released this week.

4. We are actually working on it so it will be available as soon as possible.
