How could I remove address for pickup points??

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.1.1

I have two methods of delivery.
First is a courier and he need address of delivery.
Second is a pickup point and it doesn't need the address.
If I have guest checkout - there is no method to hide address of delivery.

What should I do to hide this lines?

Hello,

Note that if you want to restrict the displaying of your "Address" custom fields, you can use :
- The "Display limited to" option to properly hide it based on the selected value of another address custom field
- The "Access levels" option to only show it for a defined User group.

I need to hide address fields based on the method of delivery, not the other address fields.

Address is don't have any sense if customer choose pickup point

Hi,

There is no option to restrict the display of custom address fields based on the selected shipping method.
That would require some modification of the core in administrator/components/com_hikashop/classes/field.php in the getFields function by a developer.

But you have option to override the address of delivery if I choose one of method of delivery.
And it works as expected...
But only if I logged in!
The only problem with guest checkout!
Any thoughts about it?

Hi,

I don't understand what you mean.
It will work the same weither you're logged in or you registered as a guest.
It will remove the "shipping address" area of the address block.
In your previous message, you've provided a screenshot of the "login" block. The "login" block will display the address fields regardless of how the shipping methods are configured since these will be used to create the default address of the user guest or not and then used in the billing address, which will still be displayed in the "address" block after the validation of the form.
