Selected Shipping mehtods

Hello,

I have 4 delivery methods. But if the cart is more than 150 Euro, only the pickup is displayed as a method. Free shipping is not displayed.
If the cart has less than 150 euros both are displayed. Thats OK

Where ist my mistage?

i have found the issue.

The virtual Item price in the shipping method was not activated
