Shipstation connecting but NOT importing orders

I have dug and dug into the forums and tried many different test but I cannot get confirmed orders to import into Shipstation. Plugin is setup and installed. Shipstation test says all is connected, but no orders import. Thank you in advance.

Thanks Nicolas for the quick support but I can't find the payment log file. Is this an actual file in the /administrator/ folder or a view within the Configuration tab of Hikashop?

Shipstation notification with unexpected username and password
Shipstation Username:
Shipstation Password:

1. Now, the date is old. I just tried to import again and no error came for today but still nothing was imported.
2. There ARE orders marked complete in the database.
3. The plugin AND shipstation both have the username and password input.

So what we did was complete a couple orders in hikashop - marked confirmed.
Then clicked Update Orders in Shipstation. Nothing comes through.

Ok, I changed that item to confirmed. That language is a little vague, if I may make a suggestion. It implies to me that Hikashop will update the order when Shipstation marks it shipped, not that Shipstation imports those orders that are listed in the Update Order Status check box. Why would you marked shipped if that's the case?

Anyways, I changed that radio to confirmed and still nothing was imported. So this solution did not work. What would you next advise?

Ok. I still don't understand the radio options for Update Order Status, but I turned it to No and the imports started to work.
