My client has sent the following problem description
"The problem is that when the order is placed and hikashop changes the order status to confirmed it does not notify taxcloud that an order has been confirmed. "
It sounds like this is preventing Tax Cloud from accurately tracking charged tax. Is there something I may be missing in the settings that would cause this to happen?
