Is there any way to reply to customer reviews with hikashop stock? Or is there a third party plugin that will accomplish this?

The review system is great, but there doesn't seem to be any way to publicly address the negative reviews?

Example: www.mojooutdoors.com/index.php/spinning-.../mojo-flockaflickers

We get a few negative reviews but a simple comment to some of these reviews would clear up any false information.

Hello,

The review system in HikaShop is not made to have replies.
We have in our TODO list (with a lot of other things) a refactoring of the vote/comment system in order to make it better and more flexible.

Afterwards, there are three Joomla comment system which are integrated with HikaShop : jcomments, jomcomment and komento.

The problem with using the comment systems seems to be the lack of hikashop support? More specifically, there doesn't seem to be a way to import existing hikashop comments into any of the extensions you mentioned?

Maybe there is a manual way to import them?

Hello,

HikaShop is a huge project and include plenty of features ; probably more feature than other solutions.
We made pretty big development regarding HikaShop 3 and the new cart + checkout systems ; but we still have a lot of idea for the improvement of the component.
Since the vote/comment system need to evolve ; we would prefer to create a separate system so it will be more flexible.

Now regarding the other comment components ; the best is to contact their support in order to have help and knowledge about a possible import of the HikaShop content.
But in our side, I'm afraid that we can't provide that "import feature", we can just export our data.
