Hika Shop Business License

Hi there,
We have just been updating software on our website and we get the error:

Hikashop Business ( error licence not found ) We did not find a licence attached to your website htt

We have submitted the live URL in our account on your website and it has not resloved the error. Can you let us know where to do this so we can make sure we are running the latest version of HIKASHOP.

Hi,

Please go in the menu Components->HikaShop->Update/About us and get the install package from there and install it manually.

That error happens because you have moved your website and the joomla updater doesn't know about the new URL. When you install it manually, the new URL will be set in the joomla updater and you will be able to update from there afterwards.

We tried to install the version 1.6 via the extension manager and we get the message "There was an error uploading this file to the server. Unable to find install package".

Could you please specify what is the meaning of your answer to the above message "install it manually"? What is a manual installation?

Your error is different.
You have access rights issues on your folders.
You should get the install file via the menu Help->Update/about us of HikaShop and then perform a install via FTP:
