I would like to enable vendors with the ability to log in and manage their own item info (pricing, descriptions, variants and images). Can this be done with the Business edition (Or any)? If not have you ever scoped it (And do you have a price tag for that work)?

There is no such feature for now.

We're working on that since a few months now. We still have some work to do to be able to provide it and it won't be before September at least.
