Error Saving Category

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error saving when create new category. The new category has always an id with 0

I've made rebuild of categories (after trying to create a new one). I've always the same problem :

"Error saving" appears when create new category. The new category has always an id with 0

* and when i try to use debug mode language ONLY in joomla, the link in the menu component to have access to hikashop disappear.
* and when i try to rebuild categories of hikashop, i arrive on frontend ???
