Country Selection Doesnt change shipping from Default.

I cannot get shipping to work correctly.. I have search the forums and checked everything and have wasted too much time now.

I have restricted the checkout form to guest only.
Also, the Geolocation plugin is disabled.
I have the currency switcher inplace, but not using it as a restriction in the shipping.
I have restricted to countries and at the moment I am trying to test New Zealand (NZ)
I have attached the screen shot, I have weights and qty in place.
If I select the Country as New Zealand, I still get Australian shipping. Does the page not refresh if you select a different country in the form?

It works for the Australian shipping if I change qty, it changes the cost of the shipping.

Thank you for looking at the problem, but that is when you finished the selection and it went to the next step with shipping and billing address.

I am talking about the first checkout screen when the Guest Information comes up.
If you change the country there, it doesnt change the shipping information, that only happens when you go the next step as you achieved.

Or is that the logic's of the checkout process ?

The best solution in your case will be to directly set the "Login" action in a different step before the step of "address/shipping" actions.
