Important information: By downloading a “Website Terms & Conditions Template” pack (“Product”), you accept and agree to be bound by the present Terms of Use. Indeed, your purchase and use of our Product(s) implies that you have read and accepted, without any restriction, these Terms of Use.

You acknowledge that, while the templates are designed to fulfill some of the principal legal requirements of some of the major jurisdictions, each jurisdiction has its own particular rules, and we do not warrant or guarantee that the templates will meet the requirements of any particular legal system. The only way to ensure that a legal document meet all of the requirements of a particular legal system is to take legal advice from an appropriately qualified and experienced lawyer.

If you breach any of these Terms of Use, then your license(s) under this agreement may be terminated by us upon written notice to you. Upon the termination of a license, you shall (i) promptly and irrevocably delete the template(s), as amended by your care, from your website, and (ii) permanently destroy all copies of the templates in your possession or control.

You agree and acknowledge that our partner owns and shall retain all rights, titles and interests, including without limitation all copyrights, trademarks and patents, in and to the Products. No implied licenses are granted herein and our partner reserves all rights not expressly granted under this agreement.

1. We grant you a one-time usage license which allows you to publish each individual template of a Product on a single website only, provided that you own the website in question. You have to purchase the same Product again, if you want to use the same templates in connection with another website;
2. You are entitled to amend and adapt the templates of a Product to render them suitable for your purposes;
3. You must not (a) sell, distribute or offer for resale or redistribution, license, sublicense, rent, lease or otherwise exploit any template (or derivative) for a commercial purpose, even for free, (b) publish any template (excluding the publication for your own website as expressly permitted above), (c) use any template or derivative that you could create to compete with us, whether directly or indirectly;
4. You undertake to retain the copyright notice that we placed in any template;
5. We give no warranties or representations concerning the templates, and accept no liability in relation to the use of the templates. Indeed, all Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company or our partner be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our Products.
