If I turn off generating .webp and .avif, images appear. If I delete the thumbnail directory, then turn on .webp, images appear. If I turn on .avif, nothing appears until I turn off .avif. Names in the thumbnail have extensions: .png, _png.webp .phg.webp .png.avif  if I turn off .webp or .avif and turn back on .webp then get .png.webp.webp and same for .avif .etc.    Also, when .avif generation is on and no images appear on image inspection:   I found plugin:  System - DJ-WebP which I disabled but no effect so I left it unpublished, please advise. You found a real bug in HikaShop and it is directly linked to the Joomla 3 to Joomla 5 migration. I reproduced it here with a field named e_CopyMinderKey and I've fixed it.  The cause is the capital letters in the field name key. When HikaShop prepares the data of a record before writing it, it normalizes the column names to lower case, so e_CopyMinderKey is passed as e_copyminderkey. Under Joomla 3 that made no difference, since MySQL column names are not case sensitive. But since Joomla 4, Joomla's updateObject() compares the name you give it with the columns of the table letter for letter, and silently drops anything that doesn't match exactly. So the column is simply left out of the UPDATE query: no error, "Successfully Saved", and the value still NULL. That is why it started the day you migrated.  To answer your questions:  1. Yes, now confirmed, and it affects any custom field with an uppercase letter in its name key, on the user, address, order and product tables alike. 2. They are supported again with this fix. HikaShop has been forcing new field name keys to lower case for years, which is why only fields created on your old installation are affected. 3. No migration or resave is needed. Note that creating a new record was already saving these fields correctly, it is only the update of an existing record that was losing them. 4. It was in checkFields() in administrator/components/com_hikashop/classes/field.php, at the line that lowercases the column name. 5. No, your view overrides are not involved here. Session: cs_test_a12wLXY3rmwSAwgxz6dMlYmkAIwcA5MGhP8z0bjuu4nJsCJAFR2goQzn20” → status changes to Cancelled.  As a result, the digital product download is blocked, because the order status no longer allows it. What we see in the Stripe Dashboard (Events, sandbox) The Stripe Dashboard shows CEST time, which is 2 hours ahead of the HikaShop server time. The expired session above corresponds to the  event on Oct 20 at 2:28:34 PM CEST. Around each completed payment there is also a separate Checkout Session that was never paid and expired 24 hours later:  Expired session  Expired at (CEST)  cs_test_a1pu1YuDHhHUPm4EtB95UXZlElo42pCWf9EyeFn2VXwHSN867HqikxeTgR  Oct 20, 6:44 AM  cs_test_a12wLXY3rmwSAwgxz6dMlYmkAIwcA5MGhP8z0bjuu4nJsCJAFR2goQzn20  Oct 20, 2:28 PM  cs_test_a1kFcc96hOXHs33201NSMJUaBdsQwzAdrKsF673WEZ4O8Y7kMoHWO5rXuK  Oct 20, 6:03 PM  For example, the session cs_test_a1kFcc… (expired Oct 20, 6:03 PM) belongs to  according to its  . It was created about 1 minute before the payment completed on Oct 19 at 6:04 PM (session cs_test_a1BFWfN39…, payment pi_3USJ37HwuXBczTHH1SY9BHpk). The expired session IDs differ from the sessions that were actually completed, so it looks like a second Checkout Session is created for the same order, and its expiry webhook sets the already confirmed order to Cancelled. What we would like to ask  * Does the plugin create a new Checkout Session each time the customer reaches the payment step or returns to it? (Is it possible that two sessions are created for one order even without going back and forth?)  * How should the plugin handle  for an order that is already paid and confirmed? In our case the status is overwritten.  * Is the correct configuration to subscribe the webhook endpoint only to  and  ? Our current endpoint events: [paste here what is selected in Stripe Dashboard → Webhooks].  * Can you recommend a fix or patch (for example, ignoring  for orders that are already confirmed or shipped)? Each needs to be a separate transaction.  After the card is stamped 6 times the next purchase you can get 10% off that purchase.  We keep the card and the process starts again.  I want to do the same online put I find the form(s) confusing on what to put in the various fields. The spend would exclude shipping costs. In the order export, the address columns are split into shipping_address_... and billing_address_... columns, and the "Column order and labels" list did not recognise them. They were added after your other columns in their default order, which is why the email comes first, and the labels you type for them were ignored.  We fixed it on our end. Download the install package of HikaShop on our website and install it on yours in order to get the patch. No need to change your mass action: run it again.  The file will then start with the shipping first name, last name, street, city, post code, state and telephone, then the email, in the order you set, with your labels. The billing address columns still come at the end of each line, in the same order.
