I'd like to give you noticed that i put english alias on the english translation page of the product. Despite of that the alias has been not translated. The purpose of indexation on search engines , it not produce consistent output. So if you want the URL to have the name in the target language, you need to change the canonical URL accordingly for each language. Of course, this means that the alias you use in the canonical URL is the one you entered in the alias field.
