In HikaSerial, you can configure the pack to not assign the serial with the user. So the serial will be only link with the order (and with the order you can know who buy it) but the serial will be free to be consumed by someone else. And when a serial (with no user assignation) is consumed, HikaSerial will perform the user assignation in the same time than the changement of the serial status. Now, if you hare using HikaShop Business, you can use "item" custom fields. So for the ticket products, you can display a text input as an item custom field. In that field, the customer would be able to enter the name of the person who will use the ticket. I have tried set the Serial Pack to "No assign user=Yes" but after order confirmation, there is user (buyer) assigned to SN. For better explanation here is the model situation: - User buy some product from our shop and receive 2 codes. - First one is SN for our software (not consumable in our shop) - Second one is a code for Raffle via AttachSerial plugin. - The code for Raffle can be given as a gift to someone (another registered user) - Raffle code must be consumed for participation in Raffle. But after consumption of the Raffle code, there is still the buyer assigned to the code. Is there a way how to change the assigned user? But if you have a serial already "pre-assign", that serial will be select in priority. So the setting "no user assign" is mostly when you're using a serial generator. I can only recommend you to read again the attach serial documentation and see the example at the end of the page. 2/ That question is less related to the current thread than the previous one (which was not already out of the subject). And I'm afraid that I am not able to understand what you're talking about. What options ? What values ? 3/ It's the HikaSerial section of the forum ; not HikaShop.
