Works nice, the text is written in the voucher (png). Fine. But: It does not work when I change the product to a product with variants. All the same, same category... the only difference is that I added a few variants of the product. And of course I added the serial packs to the variants. (When I go to the serial package: it shows that the product variant is added. I can see the product number in the list.) All other fields (serial number, clear text, product price, QR....) are written in the the png voucher as they should. Just the content of the custom field is missing. Same result. When removing the variants of the product and just using one single product... then the dynamic customfield text {order_product.gutscheindeinenachricht} is written in the png voucher. But if you just want to target specific variants, you need to perform the assignation to the variant level. Afterwards, the "attach serial" plugin is working on the database level ; if the data is in the table order_product, the plugin will be able to display it. Does the information stored in your database ? Can you see it in the backend when you display the order ? I could be it's related to a bug in HikaShop 3 (we made some patchs in the past months). I did it again: First with a normal product: everything is included in the png Product variant: the custom text is missing I compaired the two orders: There is no custom text visible in the backend (like in the first order).
