Many thanks!")* Hello, There is already a view "orderserial / show_order_back_invoice" which is displayed below the listing of products. That view display the list of the serials for the order and you can override it if you want to customize it to feet to your needs. So that in the product list from the screenshot above it would look like: Product Name Recipient Gift certificate serial number Product Name Recipient Gift certificate serial number Product Name Recipient Gift certificate serial number The way it currently works, the serial numbers display in a table after the products list but the order of the serials list doesn't match the order of the products list so my client can't tell which serial belongs to which recipient. All serials are display in that list since there is no "type" of serial, just serials. Afterwards if you do want to do some customization and add custom code to retrieve information from "order/item" custom field ; that is possible but it's development.
