send serial as a notification

1-is it possible send serial value to user email after purchase ?
2- is it possible send serial value to user mobile(via SMS) after purchase ?
3- is it possible config peyment plugin to return serial with "Return url" in the peyment plugin option?

1. That's already the case. The serials are attached to the email notifications automatically.
