Everything works well in terms of PDF generation and image generation — the PDF and image is successfully created and attached to the confirmation email when an order is confirmed (still manual, see other issue) However, we are unable to make the generated PDF available for download in the frontend (e.g. in the customer account or order history). The serial is visible to the customer, but no download link appears, even though the "Attach as Download" option is enabled in the plugin settings. When a customer places an order that includes a product linked to a subscription, the order status does not change to "confirmed" after payment. However, when we use a product without HikaSubscription, the order is correctly confirmed after purchase. We followed this tutorial "Selling e-tickets with HikaSerial" to set up the club license: Everything else works as expected: If we manually change the order status to "confirmed", the serials are generated, the PDF is created, and the confirmation email is sent to the customer. Actuellement, je peux exporter : Dans Hikashop : Les commandes (date, montant, etc...) et les serials associés. Dans hikaserial : Les serials, leur date d'association et leur statuts (non utilisé ou utilisé). En faisant un tableau croisé dynamique, je peux donc savoir quels sont les serials utilisés ou non. Seulement voilà, Afin de pouvoir fournir à mon comptable des données complètes sur 1 année comptable, j'aurais besoin de pouvoir exporter la date de modification de statut (date où le QR est scanné). Ceci afin de pouvoir avoir des données exactes, par an, de Serials achétés, utlisés, non utilisés ou périmés, A ma connaissance, ce n'est actuellement pas possible via le système d'export dans Hikaserial, alors que cette donnée est bien présente dans chaque fiche de chaque serial. Avez vous une solution à me proposer, afin de récupérer cette donnée hyper importante. Et, si jamais, le top du top serait de pouvoir tout exporter (données Hikashop et Hikaserail) dans un même fichier :) J'espère avoir été assez clair dans ma demande... In Joomla 3 we ade an override for the show_email_notification_html.php file which looked like this: "url_ra" and "activation_info" are custom fields of the product. If I set it to anything else and I save, it's ok and when I re-open the product form the quantity is there as it was saved. Now, if I add a pack to the product and hit Save, the "quantity" field is reset to unlimited. The pack I want to add has a randomgen pack generator. There is an "unlimited quantity" parameter in the pack: Same behaviour for the product_quantity if set to Yes or No in the pack. What's wrong? I have HikaSerial installed with Hikashop. 1. The HikaShop system has products that allow customers to purchase money off gift vouchers with a unique code generated by HikaSerial and attached to the email as a JPG voucher. I can print the code onto the voucher template and I also need to add the expire date. From the attached screenshot I tried to follow other forum posts but it is not entering anything on the JPG file. What do I need to change to have the expire date printed (which is 12 months form the created date). 2. As well as these money off gift vouchers, the website also needs to sell vocuhers so customers can book a course via a third party website. This third party website allows us to create unique booking codes that I need to use on the voucher image. I've treid to read the documentation and it states you can use a pre generated list of codes read from a database table. However I cannot figure out how or where to add this list of pre formatted coupon codes, Where can I import this list?
