Two questions before purchase: is hikasérial in French and does it work under php 7.0 or php 7.1 ?

Hello,

Yes HikaSerial have a French translation file.
www.hikashop.com/download/languages.html#serial_languages

HikaSerial is working with PHP 7.0 and it should work with PHP 7.1 without issue (I haven't test it but there is no usage of deprecated function).
