Not enough serials

On our website, customers can buy tickets for any event. If the customer ordered multiple cards, then there must be multiple e-ticket / serials will be created. But that does not work, HikaShop makes but one serial. How can I just put the institution, so that as many serials are created as ordered products?

Hi,

If the product is linked with a pack, HikaSerial will generate serials depending the ordered quantity.

But if your configuration does not allow HikaSerial to access to enough serials or to generate them ; HikaSerial won't be able to perform the assignation correctly.
So, we will need more details about your configuration in order to understand your issue.

When I wrote your HikaSerial configuration ; I mean your full HikaSerial configuration, with product, generator, pack, one order with the issue, etc...
