Thanks.")* Hi, By using the toolbar button "email" ; you can re-send the order notification email and HikaSerial will re-attach the image. Otherwise, by using the "product file" you can let the customer download the coupon which will be generated dynamically. So it will be available in the front-end customer order but also in the backend (where the admin can download it without any limitation).
