Customer can't download serial attach image

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.5.1
-- HikaSerial version -- : 2.2.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.6

Hello,

We configured the attach serial plugin.
When a customer purchases a serial, he receives the attach image by e-mail => ok.
But if he goes to his download area in his customer panel and clicks on the link to download the file, he arrives on a blank page (no download launched). The url is : mon-compte-client/order/download/file_id-4/order_id-33.html

The download link works fine for other normal products with pdf file attached.

Did we miss an option ?

Hello,

It would depend how you have configure the product file and if you right authorize the download in the attach serial instance.
Please provide a screenshot of the product file (the "path" is the most important part).

Thanks for your help, I did not investigate any further because the pdf plugin works well so I stopped testing the attach image plugin.
