Help merci.")* Bonjour, Malheureusement vos options ne sont plus de options. Si cela avait été des options, HikaShop les afficheraient en "sous élément" du produit. Puisque ces produits ne sont pas attachés en tant qu'option du produit générant un serial ; le plugin "attach serial" ne peut logiquement plus trouver ces options pusqu'il s'agit juste d'autres produits dans la commande. Pourtant, ce que j'ai du mal à comprendre, c'est pourquoi ça c'est mis à dysfonctionner sans cette activation alors que tout roulait depuis 3 ans... Et surtout, pourquoi je ne trouve aucune info - en rouge - sur ce changement lors d'une mise à jour, qui me parait pourtant important, vu que lorsque j'ai paramétré la boutique avec les serials, il n'y avait pas besoin de cette fonction... Quoi qu'il en soit, merci pour l'info. En espérant éviter ce genre de surprise à l'avenir lors d'une prochaine m.a.j, car la boutique tourne à plein régime. Help merci.")* Bonjour, Il n'y a rien en rouge pour cet élément précis puisqu'HikaShop 3 est une version majeur et a changé radicalement de nombreux points. Le système de panier et de passage en caisse a complètement été revu et ré-écrit ; de nombreuses points ont été également ajustés ou corrigés afin de pouvoir continuer sur une base plus adapté à la vision de l’évolution du composant sur les années à venir. Comme par exemple : Une "option de produit" ajouté dans le panier mais non groupée peut être modifiée à sa guise, peut être supprimée, son "parent" peut être supprimé également et il est aussi possible que deux produits différents ajoutent au final la même option (il s'agit de cas que nous avons eu). De ce fait, une option de produit qui n'est pas groupée ne peut pas avoir de lien avec un produit parent puisqu'il peut avoir plusieurs parents, comme il peut ne pas en avoir. Donc, une option non groupée ne peut plus avoir l'information d'un parent puisque cette information est potentiellement erronée. Après, sachant qu'HikaShop 3 est une version majeur, il a toujours été conseillé de tester. Sur une mise à jour mineur ce genre de changement ne va pas être fait ; mais le but d'une majeur est justement de faire de gros changement et donc, une mise à jour de site de production doit être testée en amont (en local, site de préproduction, etc).
