J’ai passé une commande avec un compte client auprès d’un compte vendeur. La commande apparaît bien sur la page « commandes » mais pas sur la page « payment request ». Quel est le fonctionnement normal ? Il s’agit bien du déclenchement des PayOut (transfert des e-wallets vendeurs vers les comptes bancaires des vendeurs) ? Thank you !")* Bonjour, Le "payment request" est uniquement pour les commandes payées via un plugin non "adaptif". Vous faites référence aux "PayOut" qui est relatif au plugin "MangoPay" et qui est un plugin gérant directement les commandes vendeurs. Les commandes ne peuvent donc pas être listées dans le "payment request" puisque l'argent est déjà envoyé sur le compte du vendeur (et le reste est relatif à MangoPay). Payment request est quand le vendeur n'as pas été payé ; le but d'un plugin "adaptif" est de payer directement les vendeurs.
