Error Message when Selectin Pay By Check

Please see the attached Image. I think this is a 404 Error.

Could you please activate the "debug system" setting of the Joomla configuration page and reproduce the error again ?
It will then display an error message with more information ( the file path and line number where the error happens and a callstack).
Then, please provide a screenshot of that extra information.
That will allow us to understand where the problem is situated in the code so that we can understand what's wrong and tell you what to do.
