Thanks, Ryan")* Hi, The problem was that you used the dimension unit mm for your products but the main unit is m in your config (the first one). HikaShop always convert all the dimensions into the main unit before any calculus (so that everything is in the same unit). However, that resulted in your dimensions being considered as 0 because the numbers were too small. I just changed the main unit to mm instead of m and it seems that the problem is resolved.
