After filling in the details to register I got the email and clicked through from the link in the activation email - when I did this the billing address was empty with only the new button showing - I had to re-enter the details again. This was working fine - before I upgraded to essential and before I had issues with the shipping options. Any ideas why it is not being pulled through. Many thanks in advance. We need to look at that and fix the problem. After filling in the details to register I got the email and clicked through from the link in...")* Please edit the file administrator/components/com_hikashop/classes/user.php and change the line: if(empty($addressData)){ to: if(!empty($addressData)){ That will save the user address when the user register and solve the problem.
