When an order is created in HikaShop, it sends automatically an email with the summary of the order and a link to the order details on your website. Are you talking about that ? You can change its name and description for "paper invoice" and explain to the user that he needs to print his invoice and then send it to you. Then you will also have to change a bit the translations of the bank transfer strings via the interface in the tab languages of the configuration.
