Do I have to make this change in...")* The new button translation is called HIKA_NEW and can be found in the translation file, so yes you can override it like any other translation in the tab Languages of the configuration. However, that will change it everywhere in HikaShop, not just there. If you want to change it only there, you need to edit the file "address_view" of the view "checkout" via the menu Display->Views.
