We're using Joomdle/Moodle. We did not like PayPal, so we're hoping that Hikashop will do the job. It's still not working 100%. I'll post here and let you know it turns out. I'm trying to do the same but at the moment, the Moodle courses do not show up in my shop. That plugin seems to be working properly since other users are using it. If you have a problem with it, I would recommend you to contact Joomdle's support as they are the ones developing the integration.
