I'm just curious...does the credit card number of a customer get saved in the MySQL database? I inadvertently deleted the partial number on the orders page. Is there a way to retrieve it? It's easy enough to contact the customer and request the number again, but my problem made me wonder about the storing of credit card info in HikaShop.

Hi,

The full credit card number is never stored completely in the database. It's only stored partially and only when you use the credit card payment plugin. Once you delete it in the order, it is really deleted from the database, as you shouldn't keep them on your server, for security reasons. So there is no way to retrieve them once deleted.
