Is it possible to have the questions or communications to go to the Hikashop backend so you can see your orders, customers, and messages all on the same page. If that is not possible is there a way to view these messages anywhere on the backend. I ask this because it seems simpler to answer customers questions from the backend that to try to read the email questions. Similar to the way ebay does it on the back end. Is it possible to have the questions or...")* Hi, That's not possible. It would require to create a new table to store them and and new interface to handle them in the backend. Sending an email was way easier to implement and that's what most users want. It would still be possible to add, even as an external plugin/component, as we have triggers for that in HikaShop.
