Just don't set a weight for the products which don't require shipping. To bypass the registration, no. It's all or nothing here. Mat")* I would really like the register process to just be an email address and then ideally go straight to the payment method. I will collect all the address information with the product for this product. Can I do this? Can I change the checkout process for each product? Can I change the label for each step? Mat")* Yes, you can remove the address view then and disable the custom address fields via the menu Display->Custom fields. You can't change the checkout workflow for each product. There is only one checkout workflow for the whole website. You can change the label for each step, yes.
