Regarding newsletters, you can use AcyMailing, which integrates with HikaShop. For the contact form, you will find loads of extensions to customize it: [ extensions.joomla.org/extensions/contact...edback/contact-forms](http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/contacts-and-feedback/contact-forms) For the rest, I don't know much the market, so I wouldn't be able to say anything.
