Dennis")* Hello Dennis, The problem can be caused by your Joomla configuration, can you : - go to "Control panel -> User manager -> Options" - check if "New User Account Activation" is correctly set to **SELF** and not to **NONE** Hope this will help you. Dennis")* Try to turn on the debug mode in the joomla configuration. That might display error messages during the checkout which would give more information on the problem.
